NCAA Bottom-25 Men’s Basketball Rankings 2/18-2/24

This past week saw wins for the majority of the bottom-25, yet the top (or bottom) two schools, Grambling State and Maryland-Eastern Shore, failed to notch a W.

Portland State, Marist, Presbyterian, Jackson State and Austin Peay moved out of the rankings while Furman, The Citadel and IUPUI get a week of shame.
