A Wacky Musical List

A friend asked me, earlier today, to compile a list of my favorite radio tunes (maximum of 100) that did not make the top-10 on the Billboard charts. After serious consideration, here’s what I came up with. Note: some of these songs, while popular, were never released as a single or completely missed the top-40 charts. Also, these songs, at one time or another, have appeared on commercial radio.
